(I am facing issues regarding your network and I am not able to use data connection properly.I am iphone user and in that there is only 1 tower or signal out of 4.I raised this complaint soo many times and the problem is not solved yet. Another thing is about your “MY VODAFONE APP” there are too many bugs in that app.I am not to recharge my number from that. So,this is my last complaint that I am raising to you.So,please solved this case ASAP..)
I raised this mail on 05 September 2018 on Vodafone feedback site.I am facing the same issue regarding this complaint and this problem is not solved yet.I am going to attach the screenshot shot where i am downloading a song of 7.8mb.In that the speed is 2-4KB/s.I am a 4 G user and this is the 4G speed i think so.
