Hello Team,
It has been nearly 8 months were i have migrated from Postpaid to prepaid. I have paid 500rs as security deposit even i work for MNC comapny.
After my migration they said that i will be getting the amount as DD within 45 days. But i haven’t received the amount so i have approached to Vodafone store for the reason. They said we have drafted Email to the concern team and will be getting the amount by end Jan.i Dint get.
then i called to 198 for the help they gave me the assurance that i will be getting the amount by 7FEb (complaint no:324832466) .
I dint get that. In the spam of 8 months visited to the store twice and called to 198 trice but still no resolution. On 2/26/2018 again called to 108 they gave me some number saying please visit the store and provide the no 68241220
they will provide u with all the details and you will get the amount.
This how they are playing with us.
