Text of Complaint by Abhijeet Joshi:

Dear Sir,

I have made an online recharge to the specified number on 3rd June, 2018.  The amount of recharge I have selected online itself which was of Rs. 146/- (Transaction ID =NCMP6358538219). 

After recharge I have received message also of successful recharge but not received a talk time.  I visited Vodafone store( Jatharpeth, Akola (MAHARASHTRA) that day itself & talk with incharge Mr. Manish, He talk with someone & registered complaint & told me within 24 hrs I will receive talk time.

That day I was not having talk time in my phone hence I borrowed 10/- rupees talk time from customer care.  Since then neither I haven’t received response to my complaint nor is Mr. Manish attending the call also. 

Its really a painful to fight for a mere recharge of Rs. 146/-.  Kindly initiate the matter on priority otherwise I will raise this issue to consumer forum.   I have attached herewith the snap of recharge done.

I have sent this mail 3 days before to vodafone customer care for which they responded to replay with a day but still no such response is there.
