Respected sir/madam,
My number is registered with my mother’s name.and it is prepaid card.now as per government rules I give my Aadhar card to change it. From my mother’s name to my name.so after visiting your customer care centre.they told me that your name is changed but your card will be now become postpaid.now I my usage of mobile phone is very less .mostly calls are incoming.just some calls are outgoing by me.so the new plan of postpaid is very coasly for me for my economic condition.so please change my number to postpaid to prepaid.so I kindly request you to change my number from postpaid to prepaid as early as possible.
