Dear Sir/Mam ,

My name is Ashish Bhatt
Mob. No. 9979876500
On 29/4/18 in your Vodafone store Rander branch Surat , i went there to avail my VoLTE service but by your customer executive’s mistake he turned on data and had also not informed me about starting of data services and neither I got any of the data services message from Vodafone because of Vodafone system updation.Now according to my billing cycle which renews on 1st the amount of bill shows 2,938 rupees amount pending and my all services has also been deactivated because of customer executive’s mistake I will not be able to bare the amount kindly do the needful as fast as possible
 I have also talked to Vodafone care executive but they also didn’t have any satisfactory answer
