Text of Complaint by Vishwas Gonsalves:

8806356708 is my number.  I am facing issues with this same number. It has been more than 6 months I have the worst network in my locality.  And yet no resolution has been worked out on it.  In the last 6 months u have complained over 2 times each month. Approx 15 complaint. Not a single resolution was given. Then I was informed to change my sis..  Which I ordered though courier as I din have time to go to the store as I have off from work only on Sunday. I was misguided and at the end I had to take a leave to get the sim from the store.  I have been having the worst data issues..  Oh thatz cuz the network is pathetic.  Over an above that after mailing  to nodal team have been told to repeat my issue over and over again.  I was promised call back on 27th Jan but I never got a call. I have told the nodal team that I can take an off just to speak to them and literally today I have taken an off to speak to the nodal team but now I have the worst network on what are they gonna call me.  My other number (alternate)  number has been used by my mom who is a senior citizen and has no clue about the issues I am facing.  Vodafone has denied to give me my port out code.  Nor are giving me any compensation for last 6 months of harassment.
