I am writing this complaint against my vodafone postpaid no 9821044405. I ported my airtel number t vodafone as they were proviting me equavilant plan at cheaper rates.
I got a call from vodafone executive to get my airtel number to vodafone @249 for unlimited calling and 30 gb 4g data.
I complained several time after that at vodafone customer care for poor networks but i never received a complaint no. nor the issues were resolved.
Even i requested for porting back to airtel but as per norms we have to continuue same no. for 3 months. I received first bill of Rs.272 which i paid.
But in next month i received a bill of Rs 512 which i have not paid yet bcz this is too much and i have complained against it they say mam your bill plan is Rs. 499.
how it can be and after som many complaints i m toatlly fed up. i am not going to pay this bill until u people get it correct. i have feedback messages from vodafone which i got after every call.
