ITS BEEN MORE THAN 1 WEEK I MADE REQUEST FOR CHANGING MY VODAFONE POSTPAID CONNECTION TO PREPAID ND FOR THAT IT WAS TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO SEND ONE SMS ON 199 ND I DID IT
But I didn’t get any response from their executive because after sending the request I got one sms that in 48 hrs they’ll contact me nd send me reference no. But nothing happened.
I made request so many times even I week before then few days ago also…but still no response from them…
