Hi.. I m kunal. I’m using Vodafone service since 6 years.in recent months I use Vodafone 4G data plan of199.but I’m not getting 4G service at all. Network bar showing H & H+.
I call your customer care many times. But not getting satisfactory solution from your end. So Im thinking to change service to any other telecoms service through mnp.im staying at dadar East Mumbai.
Pls I’m fed-up about your service. As I trust on Vodafone many years. Pls give me axact service which Im paying for. Thank you.
