Text of Complaint by Sawvik Chaudhuri:

Recharge Rs.448 twice on 18th Dec’17 by mistake. Called customer care they told I will get the benefit after completion of first Rs.448 recharge but last Monday my pack finished still I have not received 2nd Rs.448 recharge benefit. Called customer care several times they are so studips told me I will get benefit in monday night after 12 am but not got the benefit another executive told will get benefit 2nd Mar’18 after 12 am. Strangely I have not received any complaint no. Really upset with such a studip network
