Request of Actication of SIM card was given on 18th at Adajan Vodafone store for mobile number 8980023001. After 72 hours the activation didn’t took place and visited several times to the same Vodafone store. The personnel working there found to inexperienced and dk not understand their job well.
The store in charge also found not taking any interest to ug the problem. Without finding any solution i requested for additional SIM after due payment with a promise that the same will be activate immediately.
But alas even after 9 hours if waiting for the same there is no activation that could be seen. Request to take the entire staff of this centre be sent for requisite training so that no customer face similar precarious situation in future.
