On 23/07/2018 I have done a recharge of rs 199re.It was 1.4GB per day plan. As soon I recharged my network signal turn to G.previously it was showing 3G.So on 23 july i called customer care.
They said that network is upgrading and will take 1 hour.so I waited.But nothing happened so the next day on 24/07/2018 I called customer care again he said do some settings.
So i did but problem didnt solve.so i called again then they said insert sim in slot 1.then it will be 3G again.so i insert it in slot 1.But nothing happened and I called customer care then he said upgrade your sim from 3G to 4G from a local vodaphone store.But the vodaphone store was 5km away so i have to pay 40 rs to ola and get to vodaphone store and upgraded to 4G.but the network in mobile was showing G only.It has been 2 days nothing is happening.
Actually when i am using data on G instead of 3G only 100mb of 1.4GB consumes.Otherwise whole data will be consumed by mobile.
So this may be a plan of vodaphone company to save their daily net consumption.Customer care is useless.I said I want to port the sim but they refused.
