Text of Complaint by Umang Daga:

Data had expired under postpaid plan taken for business. Was stuck in an emergency situation on the road – unable to hail a taxi or check online for help. Vodafone continually demanded an authorized signatory despite it being an emergency. Disgusting response from consumer care team.
