I am done with the false commitmnets made by vodafone executive to their valuable customer. 15 days ago i visited the vodafone store for convertion of my postpaid number to prepaid. They told me to pay 250 first to get prepaid sim
I on same day paid 200 on vodafone machine and 50 is paid by there executive using my kotak card. But my number is still not converted and the call centre executive keeps on saying that we have no record of Rs 50 . I want to file complaint against vodafone model town store also.
