Iam a Vodafone customer for years….(9745343242)
Since last two weeks i found network speed issue i thought that it was usual but last 4 days ago (6.10.2018) i found that network is completely blocked and released frequently so i compared with other Vodafone customers they told they also have network issue rarely not as much i have……
the network speed of mine is pathetic 4g network has speed of 2g… i suffered a lot.
i called customer service about 5 times regarding this issue…
first 3 time they was kidding me by saying its ur settings issue…and due to lack of minimum balance
the last 2 time they told technical issue wait for 1 hour…
i had waited for long 48 hours… there was no change…
iam strongly saying that the problem only for me at same time other customers are getting net at high speed….
why they are giving speed depending on individual
there is no equality
