Dear Client Service Manager,
I recharged my vodafone prepaid mobile no. 9899394788 with Rs. 458 on 6th February, 2018. In this plan, I got 1.4 GB 3G data daily. But I felt very disappointed because the Internet is not working on my Samsung Galaxy J1 mobile since I paid Rs. 458 to vodafone. I dialed complaint no 198,199 no and talked to 5-6 customer service executives but nobody was able to resolve my concern.It seems that my no. is blocked to talk any customer care representative because whenever I press the required digit 9 to talk to CSR, I am redirected in the begining to press all the digits from scratch. It is unfair.
Kindly resolve my concern, my 3 days are already wasted without using Internet data after paying the huge amount.
