ton 8th  may due to old sim using from  4 years not working properly in new 4g handset .i  gone to store to replace and get new one .
But female staff asked questions where is your phone .Insert sim and show . eyebrows like serious inspection to be done of some aircraft before takeoff .I replied madam .Just tell me charges .my id and change my sim .its so simple process since 2003 i hv changed it about 20 times of our office and family sims of various telecom operators  .But in anguish i took my old  sim and returned .
on 9 may i again visited your store .she with a bossy attitude seing  me at once gone to manager to spoke  in his ear .
but i got new sim with photo clicked from other bit helpful store employee .but iiwas dead sure that they will surely not let it work so easily .ego hurt ..revenge they want .
till date after 48 hours ..sim didn’t activated .
so please kindly look into this forward my sorry for not accepting inspection of my phone to Vodafone store .mall road .bathinda and kindly activate my sim as photo i got clicked adhar copy i gave charges i paid .sorry i say .
