Sir,
I had raised a request in the month of Feb 2022 to close my number and also received confirmation call but the number was not closed. Then March bill was raised so i again raised a request for closure providing feb service request number. still no updated and now they are following with me for payment. i have not used the number since Feb aand they are not ready to close the account
