Vodafone has been tagging value added services to my bill, the said services are being tagged without my consent.
Every month I have to complain, get my bills rectified on Vodafone app, too much follow ups and on top of it even my outgoings are barred, despite several followup my bill for March and April is not yet rectified on Vodafone app and my outgoing is barred.
I need all the charges reversed, additional charges on fraudulent services tagged to my bill to be reversed, post which i shall clear my outstanding bill.
