Hello,

I am travelling abroad for my official work, for the month of March 2018 Vodafone has charged my 6252 INR for 10 incoming calls out of which 7 calls never happened and against this wrong bill they have stopped my services, which is causing me difficulties.

I have prepared the detailed call analysis, based upon billing data as per bill received from vodafone and my phones call logs.

I have wrote around 10 emails to Vodafone Customer care and vodafone corporate care but I am not able to find any resolution.

I want vodafone to re look in to the billing data, there system has generated wrong data based upon which wrong bills are getting generated, this had happened with me last year as well.

I can not attach the call details here due to contact numbers mentioned there, but yes if this issue does not get resolved and goes to next step I will present all details.
