Text of Complaint by Shreya Arora:

Vodafone is charging me rs 99+ taxes for a service which I don’t wish to continue. Their team is so pathetic and illiterate that they are not able to solve the issue which I am raising since August 2018. I have called them to discontinue 1 service from my number for which I am unnecessarily paying. In each call they assured me that it has been done but in every bill cycle that amount was there.
In the month of February one of the executive said that this can’t be done at their end and asked me to send a SMS on certain number which I did and a SMS saying that this service is already been de-activated on my number.
So why the hell I am being charged for that service, for this month too that amount is there. I am getting a monthly bill for 600+. Why would i go with their service when other brands are offering me 3 months service for half of this price.
