- my account deducted..
- when i am trying to connect with vodafone customer care through complaint helpline 198 ..i can’t connect to them coz of some technical problems or network problems .
- i am trying since last day and very disappointed with vodafone services.
- last time they deduct about 70 rupees from my account and when i tried to contact them through complaint help number the process reaches every time at a point so i couldn’t connect so i tried vodafone from my brother’s vodafone number then they recieve and talk to me ..they said you were give conformation for unknown service during uses the internet but i asked them that i use internet from idea,bsnl and other operator but no balance deducted through some type of conformation.they have no answer only 1 answer that the bal not be refundable..
- and yesterday they deduct my account again and i am so helpless coz i couldn’t connect complaint help number ..i think they are doing curruption with me .
- i didn’t give any conformation for any service or any deduction from my account .
- vodafone is corrupted company …
- vodafone made me foolish…
