Hi Vodafone,
i just did a recharge with 398/- for 84 days and after that i got the message
“Chota credit” of RS 25/- is added to your account. Rs 29 will be deducted on your next recharge. please recharge with sufficient amount soon. Power to you!”
Now i my question is i just did a recharge of Rs 398/- why it is recharging for 25 Rs more.
Details:
I had done recharge for Rs 398/- on 4th July 2018 tome 9.50 a.m
Then i got the message Chotta credit has being added to your account [ 9513046055 ] and Rs 29/- will be deducted on date 4th July 9.59 A.M
I spoke to you customer care, they told i have dialed **130** and i have done it.
I need the record from your side that i have dialed 130 , i need a proof which should show me the request has come from my mobile as i did do it.
I am attaching the detail record of the dialed number, why this number 130 is not shown in my dialed calls or they is mess going around in Vodafone software.
Also my-account page, i only see the amount 398/- Rs, It is also not showing the Chotta Credit of Rs 25 in myaccount for the vodafone number 9513046055
I have never seen a junk company like Vodafone with such a junk process, i am not sure which budhijeevi runs this process.
I am attaching the details for the reference. If i don’t get any response then i will file a case to Consumer Complaint.
