I applied for transfer of my sim postpaid to prepaid on 10 sepSeptem after wasting my 2 hours plus i made whole of payment which i was asked to do and that customer service helper said that no. Will port into prepaid within half an hout still they continued my connection for 2 days and messaged me that i need to pay the outstanding bill for that 2 days , if i already made the payment then why will i make the payment again for 2 days i didn’t ask them to continue ny connection
