My name is Kapil Dev roy.my Vodafone mob.is 8370981090.today when I dial *121# show me an offer like RS.36/all local calls 25 paisa and 84 days validity.this type of message 3times checked.then I recharged rs.36/.but Vodafone message show me 1paisa/sec activation.so please accept my application and oblige.thanks.
