Dear Team,
I am very dissatisfied with vodhaphone services .30th april i had mistakenly recharged 10,000 amount on my post paid number by paytm. i called the vodhaphone customer complaint number 198/199 executive said to me my payment will be refund on my paytm number with-in 48hour (, 2nd may i got a msg from vodhaphone (Hello! Your service registration number 419897462 is registered on 30-APR-19. We shall respond to your query by Thursday 02-May-19 04:26p.m) then i have received a mail form vodhaphone Your refund of Rs.10000/- will received you on 03/05/2019 for your number. 4th may i agained called 198 number executive told me your refund request is not regestered in sysytem what is the issue and i agained called executive said to me your payement will be refund 7 working days but still now refund payment is pending i am share the mail and all msg form vodhaphone .
According to the mail my money wil be refund 3rd may 2019 , today is 4th may where is my money. I was not expecting this type of behaviour i want my money back ASAP.
