Hi Vodafone,
This is the most pathetic service I have seen till date. I don’t believe this kind of service is being given by one of the biggest telecom service provider.
I have been using the Airtel number since last 4 years without any issue from either side, whether it is Airtel or me. But, I thought Vodafone is better and hence I decided to port the number. However, now I think it was a wrong decision to make.
Your field executive is one of the incompetent associate who is only making fool out of you. I have been updated negative 3 times but the visit was not done even once. I was at home since last 3 days due to Holy and have not met him even ones.
Now, the question arises, if I am at home and have not met him then whom he is meeting before marking the address negative. He has not even called me ones in last 4 days, you can check his call details(I assume you must have given him the vodafone number and it must be on recording).
Now, what you want from me? Shall I wait for you all to response with proper resolution or shall I take service from other service provider.
I hope you also know that there is only a little difference between the services of all the service provider and it will hardly make any difference getting back to Airtel.
Please understand, in today’s world it is very difficult to spend a single day without network and I am facing issue since last 10 days. I don’t want to be very irrate but in the mean time want solution as soon as possible.
