I have applied for changing my Vodafone connection no. 9928862150 for postpaid to prepaid I time on 26th oct., 2018 and second time 31st oct., 2018. Both time I have paid as vodafone company( Branch office situated at Malviya Nagar Jaipur) tell me. yet I have not converted my no. from post paid to prepaid plan. Although 6 days has gone company and customer care office couldn’t gave proper response. I have gone 3 times at Malviya Nagar office but couldn’t get my connection. Company charge illegal charge 2nd time where I have requested to change Ist time on 26th oct., 2018.
