Sir/Madam,
On 28th August, I requested Vodafone to convert my existing Post paid number (9999282970) to prepaid. Post paid number has been already stopped but prepaid is not active yet even after almost a week.
I am living without phone from more than 4 days and loosing a good amount of business. Even, Im not able to take my 2nd dose of covid vaccine, as all the data was connected to the same numer.
