I want to File Case in Consumer Court Delhi against Vodafone Company for Charging Extra Amount (Excess Bill) beyond my Monthly Rental Plan where strictly informed to Vodafone Customer Care many times since last 4months till date but Vodafone Company making me Mentally Harassment and continuously sending extra bills and charging extra money without my knowledge. All time I complained to Vodafone Customer Care whenever they send Bill me 29th Every Month , Customer Care Always apologize me for wrong Bills and Registered complaint for same and ensure me that wrong amount will be refunded but it does not refunded and again added in Next month Bill Cycle with more Extra Charge . I am Harassed from Vodafone Company. Mentally Harassed.
