dear sir i need to send sms for my phonepe & paytm verification and i’m recharge of 39 but costomer care say that our company policy is 39 recharge is secondary Balance i’m again recharge of 12rs but customer care again say that when you recharge 49 above then you illegible for send sms now i’m very dis pointed with vodafone i’m requesting to you please legal action against vodafone
