This complaint is in reference to the malpractice of Vodafone. Vodafone is stopping Outgoing Services for various users from 29th Nov 2018 and enforcing its users to recharge with validity packages to continue their services.
What would happen to the current balance, we should get our money back. I don’t think, its fair to practice these tactics and playing with people’s money. As a consumer, I have right to choose, how m much money I want to spend on Rechare and which SIM I use for Internet and Calling Services.
