Same thing happened with number i have vodafone number which one used by my mother its billing number had 299 plan but Vodafone converted that number to redx without any prior intimation & deactivated redx in same way now sent me bill with Exit charges of Rs 3000 I never asked to activate any redx on my mother’s number..

I will not pay this unethical amount coz vodafone cheating me..I have spoken with Vodafone Social media team & customer care but its iseless arrogent & foul lang used by Vodafone..Its pandemic time & Companies like are drinking customers blood by charging Exit charges..Vodafone said they can deactivate my number anytime then i will sue vodafone legally
