Hi, myself Nandakishore, from Kerala, i i recharged my account to a balance of 67rs on july 12, 2020. I usually recharge for 599 which gives me unlimited call and 1.5gb data per day. So i didn’t care about my main Balance.
Now my balance in 1 rs, initially when my money started loosing, i called the customer care and shouted and got my money back. Now again i lost my money and customer care option to talk to support executive is also not working for me, how many times i try, i cant talk to them.
I have good job and salary, so 60rs is not that much for me, but this is cheating, even that 60rs is also part of my sweat.
