Dear sir,
My Number is 894334667 and i’m using Vodafone postpaid. This is all about regarding the wrong billing , wrong information about plan , customer harassment by making multiple call on same query by different members of Vodafone . Due to many calls by different Vodafone team members on same query ,every time we have to repeat the problems and no solutions . Same commitment given by all callers from Vodafone. Totally unexpected behaviour for complains resolution .
I complained on wrong billing in every month and poor network services on many time by calling in 198 but there is on solution and also they deduct huge amount in every month and they don’t provide bill through mail Till now no solution .
Very bad experience with such a Tel-co operator. Poor grade customer services I ever seen .
now they provide a bill of RS 1025/- But they don’t give any conformation OR intimation for make extra charges, or they don’t provide bill for last two month
kindly make a solution for these type of cheating and do the needful
