Sir,I got duplicate prepaid Vodafone sim and recharged my prepaid no 98883-80945 in MAy 2018 (Rs 100 plus as now I did not remember the exact amount) but it stopped working same day ,
I contacted vodafone local Kharar and Mohali distt Office Punjab and then as per their customer care telephone and email that the no. will be working if taken postpaid and prepaid balance will be adjusted in the first bill.
I have attached email of Manpreet your customer care who confirmed adjustment of prepaid the balance and I am reproducing here again for your ready reference.

I have emailed them numerous times and they did not do anything but giving continuous harassment to me. Interaction numbers for your reference are as follows:
