i have taken Vodafone number 9663359073 on 23 March 2020. As per term conditions I was not getting the benefit so complained to Vodafone customers care.. as my bad I did not any resolution so again I called to Cs centre. Later they have called and guided by another plan so I agreed and taken the redx plan. But here same issues and after taking this plan they unwantedly adding amount to the bill. While call to customer they have denied to help on this.
Also tired to do porting they are not allowing me to do also.
I will be so thankful if there are any action should take against them.
