Text of Complaint by Dheeraj Kumar:

I got two vodaphone postpaid simcards with family plan in November 2019 ..their executive said that i will be charged 499 + tax every month.and after 90 days(in January) after 3 bills he port my number to prepaid with free of cost and all but every month it charged me 705 rupees and when i consult them after 90 days he started postponing my work and said come tomorrow..come after the next bill generated from January..

i used to pay the charges every month since January because i ieared to loose my clients .later i raised an complaint direct to the head office for porting to another network..

their executive calls me and said sir dont switch to another network i will provide prepaid sim cards to you within few days..she has been said that i wont won any bill from now ..but i got two bills she said dont day i will put waver .but nothing happened i iost my cibil score ..

now the executive is not answering my calls and made my bill due since 3 months ..i already warned legally vodaphone idea through email but the company hasn’t responded
