When i recharged last time for validity extension my validity was there till the year 2025. But now Vodafone changed the plan without giving intimation of the previous validity and forcing to recharge on monthly basis to continue the validity. Suddenly my validity got changed from 2025 to Nov 28 2018. I have given my number for all kind of transaction and now its difficult for me to recharge on monthly basis. Vodafone care agents are not giving proper justification and now telling and blaming on govt. They are not even ready to answer my query. They told that the changes are made by Government. Hence kindly help with the justice for my previous exist validity period.
