- I am not willing to pay the amount what you have mentioned bcoz. The amount you have mentioned is totally cheating your customer. Once i have raised a complaint to your customer care regarding automatically adding cost to my VAS charges when i am not using that service…till the first bill the problem is not solved from your end,for which your worker lazy why i should pay for it. Even then after so many reminder and follow up with your customer care and showroom. I am totally fedup in following.Due to disconnection of your connection , i personally lost many business contact.
As this number is not ownered by vodafone. It was Aircel and continue requested from vodafone only the connection i transfered to vodafone.due which i lost my number and my business contacts.
Now vodafone how it will replace my loss?
So i request you to go for legal proceedings where i can find a solution. So by me Other customer would also be benefited. For which i have collected some other vodafone customer query also ad my supporting documents.
So plz. Proceed for legal.
