Dear Sir,

i have been using vodafone number 8511177187 for past 5-6 years.

In my offered plan, the amazon-prime membership is included. However in the bill of the month of march’19, vodafone changed me with additional fees of 999 for amazon prime membership for next year without asking me for confirmation on renewal.

I complained to vodafone on 29-apr-2020 on 09:40:36 AM.

In return vodafone irresponsibly responded that this fee is already charged and it will not be withdrawn.

I have paid for my regular plan tariff for March as well as april, But Vodafone has still terminated by out going calls service.
