Hi There,
I was using the rental of 299 with Vodafone and opted 999 rental wherein they committed for internet boosting up but speed is pathetic..
I complained sevaral times but issue has not been resolved yet. They asked me replace my SIM and I got it replaced going to their store despite of not having time due very tight schedule..
Now when I am asking to get me back to my previous plan, they are asking to pay 3000 as an exit fee.. I am not willingly moving out, I am moving out because they made the false commitment.
I face this problem everywhere not at just one place.. Pl look into this and get me out of this trouble
