Text of Complaint by Misba Abbas:

I am currently on international roaming and that is why I am aware that even a second of my internet usage could charge me 599 INR hence I have kept my phone’s data off permanently.

Vodafone charged me extra on the bill & when I asked them to check it, they made up a date where my data was utilized while roaming, funny thing is even my bill says no data has been used and so does my phone so where is this data coming from?

When I question them they send an automated customer care agent response, I specifically asked them to explain they won’t provide any sufficient answer just some random dates with made-up data usage.

I have been suspicious they have done this earlier as well but I ignored it cause I had utilized data then (wasn’t sure how many days & trusted them) and considered that as my mistake ( I have paid bills as high as 9K) but this is clear proof Vodafone is making up bills & not providing valid proof.

Their customer care agents don’t even read emails, as I provided them alternate numbers and these proofs as well but they stay adamant on the same template response. We have had 11-12 email threads by now.
