Vodafone has been charging me for International Roaming since June this year even when I’ve been back to India in July. I called customer care but they say I have to email corporate care to get refund. I have written so many emails, but they have not deactivated or given me a refund. I have not received a single response from the nodal officers. For the month of June and July I was charged 8000 and 7000 Rs bill when I only took a plan of Rs 1500 per month. For a month the international roaming never worked, and I hardly called or used any data as these days wi-fi is available every where. Very poor services from customer care rep to corporate care to nodal officers.
