Dear Sir,
Vodafone is charging high on internet usage in todays world. They just cheat people after giving bill of high usage. Now there should not be more charge on usage of data, if ever its quota is utilised. You can charge reasonably. I dont understand TRY role on this, but it is require to normalise rate of internet usage after the limit, or service provider will supply data at low speed free of cost. I am unnecessary charged 499 Rs for internet usage on my number 7573800018. Please help me to resolve and think on such abrupt charges by private companies.
