Hi All,

Almost every day i am; getting 10 calls to pay bill I tried to explain scenario to customer care that i had already cleared all my bill of 9545052838 in month of may and i lost my sim card so not using it
Still these disgusting Vodafone people are raising bill and asking me to pay even in lock down . But customer care is not ready to take any complaint saying me to vist gallery but you all know current situation all gallery locked and even our society have corona patient so police are not allowing to go out so some one can help me to get solution I am not responsible to pay any bill since may where i cleared my bill and informed to close my number but i am not getting justice
Secondly from past 1 year i am trying to get port out from vodafone but these people are focefully rejecting my port out request saying outstanding not cleard even i done extra payment several times but no one taking my complaint as per TRAI this is strong offence
Even for this i send emails to may vodafone customer care and applet portal and TRAI authority but no one is responding can some one guide me how to take strong action
If i will not get justice in next 10 days i will launce police case against vodafone for such misbehaviour
even they are rejecting my port out request that is serious crime
I hope this time i will justice
