Hi, Why I am being charged for unnecessary games and other services without my consent. This has happened for the second time now. Without activating the service 10 rs are deducted from my balance.
Please deactivate and credit my deducted amount back.

Vodafone continues to go crazy even after merger with idea. They continue to charge unnecessarily for unknown services like ppu games which is just another cheap trick they have always been leveraging. Please cancel and refund. I see u dying even further with these cheap tactics.
