I have subscribed Netflix through my Vodafone mobile phone RedX plan. I was having this subscription for 4 months, they were invoicing me 799 every month.
Suddenly in this month statement, they have charged me for 799 * 2 = 1598, I called they customer team they asked me to write an email.
I wrote an email to corporatecare.india@vodafoneidea.com; customercare@vodafoneidea.com complaining the same. For which, they replied me saying that “you had subscribed the same twice. Please check subscription status in My Vodafone App”
Then i replied back telling them i cannot have two connections on same mobile phone number, I sent them the screenshot of Netflix that i have only connection with Netflix attached to my cell phone number.
I replied to them on 10th May and i have been following up daily, till now no response from them.
