I have been charged Rs.99/- for International Roaming Rent. I don’t know on what basis is this. I am literally at home and haven’t even gotten an International call.
The network at my house is also terrible. I’ve been saying this for years but it’s never resolved. So I’m wating all the unlimited packs I’ve been getting.
Also, what’s the point of continuously adding services when I had the balance on my phone? And now, I don’t.
There is no valid reason stated in the dials when I call 198 to complain. balance into my number. Please refund the amount of balance I was charged for i.e Rs.99.
