I have requested Vi Customer care to disconnect Amazon prime, when the next yearly billing cycle of Prime started.
By mistake, Vi charged Prime charges Rs 1499 in Feb bill. I alerted them on the mistake and they have immediately disconnected ‘Amazon prime’ connection on same day.
Vi customer care agreed for reversing the charges as I have not even used the connection and its disconnected within same day.
I waited for next month bill – but charges not reversed.
I waited for second month bill – but charges not reversed. During these 2 months I was paying the bill, assuming reversal will happen.
I lost the faith and moved out of Vodafone, requesting them to settle the final amount into my account.
Then I started getting threatening calls from collection department saying they will take legal action for the final month partial bill amount.
Whereas I am supposed to get the reversal charges of Rs 1499. I have even agreed to them if they can reverse this amount I will come back to Vodafone.
No resolution. No help. Any numbers available to reach Vodafone do not go through as my mobile number is not with Vodafone. No other option to speak to customer care.
Also the number coming in the sms message “95380 53017” is not getting picked up after several attempts.
